About

Hi, I’m Tina. I’m addicted to understanding complex topics and problem solving. I’m passionate about holistic innovation, particularly involving new technologies and enabling human agency.

I earned a Bachelor of Planning with First Class Honours, a Master of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of Westminster London and a PhD awarded by UNSW Sydney with research stays at Technical University (TU) Berlin and Free University (FU) Berlin. My research has been recognised by university and international academic awards.

I’ve worked in consultancy and public policy making for governments in Australia and England. Based in Berlin, Germany for over a decade I worked with founders, startups and their communities to understand and enable entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, the latter strengthening innovation and technology-driven transformations in large organisations.

Prior to establishing Edaith.com to enable professionals and lifelong learners to more effectively upskill, I was a Senior Researcher at the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Ecosystem Strategy Manager at the National Artificial Intelligence Centre of Australia, CSIRO.
